  • Lead a team of Pre-Sales Engineers who are assigned to work for clients across the Globe.
  • Provide requisite guidance for the Engineers to assist the clients and help them convert the clients from testing phase to commercial phase.
  • Dispatch the queries in Helpdesk after thorough analysis of the queries and provide guidance to support engineers for the resolution of the queries
