Project: Consultancy services for engineering, procurement, construction management (EPCM), and allied services for the augmentation of facilities at the existing JNPT terminal under Maharashtra State Office.

• Job responsibility: Overall lead responsible person on site for proper implementation and observance of site execution work, project management, quality excellence, and HSE on site under the scope of works assigned to subcontractor.
• Oversee day-to-day operations on the construction site.
• Ensure that work is being carried out according to the project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Set regular feedback meetings with key team members to align strategy, discuss concerns, receive, and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensures that all personnel on site are well informed about the Scope of Work.
• Attend and Lead Project Review/Progress meetings with Client, Other stakeholders, and Management.
• Conduct Minutes of Meeting (MoM) with contractor and client to review the site progress.
• Keep maintaining site-related documents to ensure that all activities are well-documented and easily accessible.

• Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and safety briefings
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed to prevent accidents and environmental incidents.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, incident reports, and progress documentation.
• Prepare detailed reports for clients and senior management, documenting project performance and any issues encountered.
• Provides regular reports on the progress of the site activities to Project Management, Construction and Commissioning department, Customers, and other stakeholders as required and defined.
• Verify and certify the RA invoice of the vendor and issue a recommendation letter to the client.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination with the client and other stakeholders.
• Resolve site issues and maintain a list of site issues and snags, ensuring closure as per instructions.
• Be available for regular site visits, Safety and Quality Walkthrough Audits, and take instructions.
• Incorporate lessons learned and strive for continuous improvement for the project.
• Mentor site engineers in the team/project and guide them accordingly.

• Works contract for ethanol storage tank conversion and unloading facility, as well as pipeline capacity enhancement at HPCL Hazira Terminal.
• Supply and laying of various size new product pipelines for the development of VLSFO, FO, LDO, HFHSD, MS, HSD tank wagon unloading project at HPCL Kandla Terminal.

Job Responsibility:

• Responsible for entire project management scope, including basic and detail engineering, procurement assistance, and construction supervision.
• Accountable for profit/loss of the project portfolio, including key parameters like positive cash flow, debt collection, and maintaining maximum profitability.
• Contract management and risk mitigation.
• Providing technical expertise with project planning, coordination, and successful negotiation.
• Develop project schedules, budget, and closely monitor them.
• Ensuring periodic inspection of construction activities and compiling non-compliance reports as appropriate, and recommending the appropriate follow-up action.
• Being accountable for the delivery of the projects from design to commissioning and handover.
• Striving to ensure that the project time and cost objectives are met.
• Understand the methodology and best practices, and ensure they are followed in construction work.
