I am well aware with fire safety and safety rules and regulation that have to be adopted in a process plant. I am familiar with various types of fire extinguishers, sprinklers, monitors, and their operation.

• Inspect all items in the scope of supply in accordance with the approved engineering drawings and PR specifications.
• Check the quantity and quality of all items to conform to approved specifications engineering drawings and bill of material & PR specification.
• Check the dimensions of each item including Analyzer Shelters, Enclosures, pipe headers.
• As the test is being performed, trace items on the applicable approved drawing with a yellow marker indicating the successful completion of the test for that item.
• Verify that all the piping, tubing and electrical tie-in connections are as per the approved drawings to be check for proper layout, routing, mounting.
• Confirm the correctness of tubing route as per approved drawings, by tracing the tubing in each sampling system. Ensure that the tube connections to analyzer and header utilities are correctly piped. Ensure tubing lines for high temperature are insulated for personal protection.
• When the test is complete, have the customer's inspector sign off the marked drawing and the test log, indicating test is complete. The signed drawing and test log shall be attached to and become part of the acceptance report
• To Verify and ensure the operations and rating of pressure test of the Utility piping is to be correct as per Technical Specification.
• Visual inspection of utility piping on general layout of components and completeness of piping work as in accordance to the project approved construction drawing.
• The utilities and electrical connections verifying wiring and components as per approved wiring drawing i.e verification of TB size and Lug cable gland and internal wiring pull test cross ferruling check, JBs earthing check and continuity check from all utilities to JBs.
• AC will be put 'ON' and checked for temperature control.
• Analyzer shall be tested for all functionality. Utility and electrical tie-in connections to be checked with the approved drawings. Check all incoming interlocks and outgoing alarms, digital outputs and analog outputs wherever applicable.
• Analyzer power on check, Analyzer range verification check, Analog output and digital output check, Communication check, Stream switching check (if applicable).
