- Life cycle management of Interior Trim components including Design Concept Sheet Preparation, CAD data creation, Packaging, Drawing release, Cost estimation, Fit and Finish sheet preparation etc.
- Was leading a team of 14 engineers for Nissan Chassis offshore team.
- Quality check for all the deliveries from offshore.
- Designing, development & drafting of brake control systems and brake foundation system components like brake pipes and hoses, brake brackets, dirt shield, etc. as per the design standards and guidelines.
- Routing, clash analysis and packaging of brake pipes and hoses.
- Responsible for designing & production releasing using Unigraphics, Catia-V5 & Team center.
- Detailing with GD&T and preparation BOM (Bill of material).
