Collaborate with stakeholders (Finance, Risk, Operations, Treasury, and IT teams) to gather and document business requirements specific to financial and risk modules in T24.
Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications aligned with T24 architecture and modules (e.g., AA, Funds Transfer, Securities, Core, and GL).
Analyze legacy systems and identify mapping requirements for data migration to T24.
Conduct as-is and to-be process analysis for finance, risk management, and securities operations.
Perform gap analysis between current processes and T24 functionalities to recommend suitable configurations or custom developments.
Ensure alignment of business workflows with regulatory requirements (Basel III, IFRS, local GAAP, etc.).
Define data mapping rules and assist in migration of master and transactional data from legacy systems to T24.
Work with technical teams on data validation, reconciliation, and cleansing to ensure data integrity post-migration.
Validate General Ledger (GL) balances and ensure accurate financial reporting post-implementation.
Support configuration of finance and risk modules in T24, including GL, Accounts, Treasury, and Securities.
Develop and execute test cases/scenarios for unit testing, SIT (System Integration Testing), and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) across finance and risk functionalities.
Validate settlement, reconciliation, and reporting processes in T24 post-configuration.
Ensure T24 output supports required regulatory reporting (e.g., Liquidity Coverage Ratio, Capital Adequacy, ALM reports).
Support integration with external regulatory reporting tools or downstream systems where applicable.
Prepare user manuals, training materials, and SOPs for finance and risk users transitioning to T24.
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user onboarding to ensure smooth adoption of the new system.
Act as a change champion between business and technical teams, minimizing resistance and ensuring successful go-live.
Provide hypercare and post-go-live support to resolve functional issues or user queries related to finance and risk transactions.
Monitor system performance and work with support teams to resolve defects or process delays.
Continuously gather feedback for process optimization and future system enhancements.
Act as a liaison between business users, T24 consultants, and IT to ensure timely and accurate delivery of project milestones.
Support project documentation, status reporting, and audit trail maintenance for compliance and traceability.
