  • Mukhyamantri Krushi Udyog Yojan (MKUY) is a flagship program of Government of Odisha department of APICOl. Which envisages ease of doing agribusiness through process simplification of Commercial Agri- Entreprises (CAE) and led the process end to end for implementation modalities by making it simple, transparent, time bound at all stages for the benefit of the farmers especially agri-entrepreneurs through district coordinators.
  • Implemented decision-making to improve overall district performance for achieving the annual target.
  • Initiated policy changes that streamlined processes within the district while maintaining compliance with state regulations.
  • Led efforts in updating curriculum materials and instructional tools, aligning them with state standards and update knowledge though continuing education with advanced training to all the DNO's (District Nodal Officers), BLO's (Block level Officers), LDM with Bank Managers and all line department. Nurturing agri-entrepreneurship under the MKUY Scheme, along with other support schemes.
  • Coordinated district-wide events and activities for create awareness among MKUY project.
  • Connecting with potential entrepreneurs via block wise training sessions or KVK training programs and after that telephonic conversation to encourage them to under taken agri- ventures as per their area of interest choose any MKUY projects (out of118 MKUY projects).
  • Meeting with interested potential entrepreneurs in-person and guiding them how to apply step by step for smooth processing.
