• Analyze bottlenecks, and identify causes of slow performance, system crashes, or application hangs.
Advanced Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis
• Perform in-depth diagnostics of: Slow boot/BSOD/login High CPU/RAM usage Process/thread contention Memory leaks
• Use advanced tools such as: Windows Performance Toolkit (WPT), Windows Performance Recorder/Analyzer (WPR/WPA), ProcMon, WinDbg, and memory dump analysis.
