As a core engineer in the User Provisioner Service team under CCaaS, I led the design and development of scalable and secure onboarding systems that power contact center operations for Expedia's global brands. My contributions enable automated provisioning for thousands of agents across vendors, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and availability.

• Led architecture and development of a high-throughput Bulk Provisioning System, enabling onboarding of 1000+ agents per batch. Reduced operational workload by 90% through an automated, event-driven architecture using AWS Lambda, SQS, S3, and DynamoDB Streams.
• Delivered $300K in annual cost savings and 83% time reduction for partner support teams by building a streamlined Unfederated Okta Workflow, replacing a fragile two-step federated onboarding process with a centralized, secure, one-step flow integrating directly with Okta and Resource Manager.
• Enhanced the User Provisioner Service with features like user lifecycle workflows (activation/deactivation with Okta sync), secure Okta app permission APls, and asynchronous role event processing using AWS SQS, improving performance and system decoupling.

• Developed real-time streaming pipeline (5TB/day) from Oracle DB to GCP BigQuery.
