  Responsibilities
  • Prepares drawings using MicroStation SE/V8 (2D) software or freehand sketches of Floor Plans with Electrical/Mechanical layouts, renovations, expansions and modifications of existing company facilities under Facilities Management Division.
  • Conduct site inspections and visits with the participating Contractor's representatives for actual study, verification and evaluation.
  • Provides recommendations and prepares shop drawings for any changes of the project being imp lamented as per discussion and approval of the Division Manager and Engineers.
  • Prepares completion report of the completed projects: photos of previous appearance of the site, area, building or structure and present photos after the project has been implemented.
  • Prepares internal correspondences and sending it through e-mails, faxes, couriers; letters, requests, approvals, reminders, etc.
  • Working Plans, Layouts, Section, Elevation, and Own planning.
  • Provides recommendations and prepares shop drawings for any changes of the project being implemented as per discussion and approval of the Division Manager and Engineers.
  • Electrical layouts with American standards.

• Isometric drawings flow diagrams, Typical Sectional views & Details as per the issued contractual and Design Drawings
• Assisting Students in Various Type Project Designing
• Site visit for practically trainings
• Design some of private projects
• 2 & 3 bedroom duplex & common houses
• 3D views, solid elevation with lighting effects
• Site layouts & location plans.
