• Developed scalable and maintainable code for microservices in Distributed Architecture hosted on Red Hat's OpenShift as well as AWS cloud.
• Tech Stack primarily comprised of JAVA + Spring boot + Spring MVC for applications hosted on OpenShift cloud and Go for AWS.
• Key contributor in Proof of Concept for recording agent's screen and activity while he's serving any customer, using Amazon Connect contact flows and Amazon Connect Client Application.
