- Presently working as a Manager in coke oven by product operation plant for project, Commissioning & operation with total capacity of 2.0 MTPA(Recovery) coke oven plant with 4 batteries of SUNZOSTECHNOLOGY at JSPL Angul.
- Active member of Pre commissioning & Commissioning of various units of recovery type of coke oven by-product plant.
- Looking after all operational activities of coke oven by-product chemical recovery plant including various sections like cold blasting section, Sulphur recovery section, Ammonia scrubbing section benzol section, gas distribution section.
- Responsible for coke oven gas cleaning activities and recovery of by products like Crude tar, crude benzol, Sulphur from raw coke gas.
- Responsible for whole process optimization & continuous improvement module in Asset optimization in BTX & coal tar recovery area.
- Preparing of Protocols, JSA of all hot jobs of by product plant.
- Directing & leading overall production operations, administration of the entire section, managing workforce, planning, and troubleshooting.
- DPR booking, PR/SR raising, WO processing and coordination with vendors and purchase department.
- Preparing of SOPs and modification of the same time to time.
- Follow up and co-ordinate the by-product TPM committee & JH pillar.
- Implemainting MMM(manager model machine) in different locations of by-product plant.
- Planning and execution of annual shut down activities and monitoring closely for completion with in time.
- Key member of any modification and implementation for the growth of production rate as well plant.
- Responsible for maintaining adequate pressure as well desired quality of gas to different consumers.
- Dedicately observe all operational equipment as well parameters for increasing the productions.

- Commissioning of various units of By-Product Plant Including, Ammonia Scrubbers, Ammonia Distillation, Tar Decanters, pumps, Electrostatic tar precipitator, 75000 x 3 m3 /hr gas blowers, Gas venting which was a part of 1.9 mtpa recovery type coke oven.
- Commissioning of the Tar production and Sulphur production units as a part of coke oven by product plant.
- Maintain water supply in oven side and gas recovery side through Chemical water supply system with the help of various pumps.
- Run Industrial Chiller for chilled water which require in various process.
- Maintain coke oven gas temperature and pressure in PGC (suction), ETP for recovery of high quality of coal carbon tar, De-sulfur tower, Ammonia scrubbing.
