At the Pratt Center for Digital Experiences, we help clients transform their digital experiences. Worked with the Smithsonian Institution Travelling Exhibition and Services (SITES) to assist in the following areas:

• Helped SITES improve website accessibility, which resulted in 12% increase in time spent on website
• Helped SITES improve their sales funnel through design updates and accessibility improvements.

Mixed methods researcher at Knowunity which is an ed-tech app for students to share notes and find a community to study and interact with

• Helped increase user growth in the United States region from 0 to 3 million
• Worked on research projects shaping the GTM and product strategy
• Pivotal in moving company focus to AI-based features making it the most adopted feature on the app.

Plum is a Digital insurance intermediary platform aimed at providing health insurance and access to wellness to millions of Indians at their workplace. It is funded by the likes of Tiger Global, Sequoia Capital and others valued at $81.5 Million

• Built a unified internal platform that would reduce onboarding to 24hrs from 14 days
• Introduced Flexi-benefits as a new product line that added a major revenue stream for clients like Postman, Swiggy, Zomato and Navi
• Initial adoption of 18,000+ users in week 1 for flexi-benefits.

Kloudi was built to help engineering teams save time lost due to navigation between a multitude of tools and gathering context from data silos.I designed Kloudi as a universal command line thus solving for productivity through a natural language interface.

I built a managed freelancing platform that helped manage projects through the scoping engine. Work progress and project roadmap for software products was generated and tracked through this platform.

Little was a hyperlocal deals app which was eventually acquired by Paytm. I was part of the founding team and headed the operations

• Set up ground operations for the last minute hotels vertical
• Built and managed a team of 8
• Built an internal product to manage merchant inventory through an app
• Ensured adoption of merchant app by hotel merchants across the country
• Partnered with Paytm and helped them set-up their hotels vertical.

Zovi was a D2C brand with over $50 mil in funding. I managed the marketplace operations and sales for Zovi on Amazon and Myntra

• Managed inventory distribution and sales on Amazon and Myntra and made Amazon the highest-selling platform for Zovi
• Set-up FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) operations for Zovi on Amazon
• Managed warehouse deliveries and dispatches for FBA
• Zovi was the best seller on Amazon under my management.

Worked with the Lighting division of Philips as a fresh graduate.

• Liaised with assigned key accounts for business generation and retention
• Involved in business development activities such as tender management, new product demos and product launch campaigns
• Responsible for understanding customer requirements, techno-commercial offer submissions, order finalization and execution in Supply Installation Testing and Commissioning projects
• Visited various renowned lighting designers to gather inputs for User research on product development and innovation.
