• Oversee financial reporting for US acquisition with operations in Netherlands and India.
• Ensuring monthly close of books in lines with IFRS, MIS reporting, variance analysis ( month on month, quarter on quarter) and HFM reporting & consolidation.

• Ensuring reporting of all modules such as AP, AR, FAR, Prepaid, cash flows etc to the corporate for consolidation reporting and also participated in providing ah hoc details as required for IPO related requirements.
• Working in collaboration to FP&A team and reporting of project level, entity level, department level cost variances and other adhoc requirements.
• Supervise, coach and mentor team members.

Oversee financial operations for UK BU - LS sub sector and Inter company accounts and ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.

• Ensure financial planning, budgeting, forecasting , cost control and analysis, variance analysis ( actuals vs forecast and budget) and monthly revenue reporting as per IFRS.
• Financial modelling and pricing reviews for prospective opportunities. Opportunities tracking and working with engagement managers and account executives on wining strategies.
• Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve financial efficiency and ensure internal controls and keep portfolio audit ready.
• Business Partnering and Business advisory - Managing the reporting requirements, process and procedures for capturing, maintaining and reporting accurate data to leadership. Preparation of monthly review decks and providing accurate and timely financial information to support decision-making and drive business growth.
• Discover, analyze and resolve variances and providing financial and analytical support and responding to ad-hoc projects queries.
• Managing billings and cash control management , achieving cash collection targets and reporting of balance sheet items, ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.

• End to end life cycle management of client contract portfolio.
• Assist in Financial modeling of new proposals, contract extensions and booking of such proposals in lines with policy requirements.
• Budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis ( actuals vs forecast and budgets) and revenue recognition as per U.S. GAAP.
• Providing financial and analytical support to stakeholders ( (project managers, sales head) and responding to ad-hoc requirements.
• Formulating monthly performance reports and presenting the same to concerned stakeholders and participate in CFM meetings, management review calls and training sessions.
• Analyzing costs/expense budgets; managing hardware/software costs, client personnel expenses against program budget and any other expense charges to program. Also finalizing bills of clients based upon contractual requirements and engagement status.
• Supervise, coach and mentor junior CFM analysts.
• Valuations and Acquisitions- Overcoming complexities of transition and ensuring accuracy of brought forward financial. Have been part of five acquisitions and spearheaded the team on two of the acquisitions with around 200 contracts and estimated revenue of $24 million per annum.

• Worked on Limited Review, Tax audit and Group reporting engagements for companies in manufacturing sector such as Aditya Birla Solar, Sapphire foods, Citec Engineering India Pvt Ltd.
• Was recognized for best team on Group reporting engagement for Citec.

• Worked on Statutory audit, Limited review and tax audit engagements of various companies in Insurance, Banking, Railways and Transport and Travel sector, which mainly includes Reliance General Insurance, Life Insurance Corporation of India, Bank of India, Konkan Railways Corporation Limited, Stock Holding Corporation of India Limited.
