Key achievements include managing Testing, RPA & Conversational AI CoE(learning about LLMs) in 2023 within budget, created opportunity to setup Generative AI CoE in 2024 and moved 150 vendors from SWS at ODC to Embassy.

• Managed multiple IT Business Application projects in Testing, RPA and Conversational AI across BUs through initiation, planning execution and final implementation.
• Worked on year end budget planning for CoEs allocated under multiple portfolios.
• Reduced impediments through budget approvals, license renewals, startup collaboration across CoEs.
• Measured KPIs by assessing the impact quarterly and yearly across each CoE in terms of cost and hours saved.
• Brought in accountability across portfolio by implementing champions and innovation pods across CoEs.
• Created yearly charters, monthly & quarterly review decks with VPs and Directors.

Team: Brand Registry as a Product

Key achievements include identifying and mitigating the abusive seller patterns in brand registry.

• Scaled and led the Brand Registry – Data quality team with the responsibility of validating products/features in project across various platform, and managed a team size of 5+ associates.
• Worked as a conduit for market and customer requirements into the development of product strategy and roadmap for the Brand Profile tool within Brand Registry.
• Contributed to the feature enhancements of the brand registry dashboard page by collating seller feedback and use case content.
• Worked on the roadmap to prevent abusive sellers in brand registry where I contributed to the implementation of complex audit mechanisms in ML algorithm of COSMOS tool and improved the accuracy.

Team: MBO, Pricing & Selection Team

Key achievements include identifying growth opportunities within MBO, understanding Amazon’s regional competitors including selection gap and pricing, learned document writing at Amazon.

• Performed beta testing for the tools developed to monitor and crawl the prices of the competitors in CN region, worked closely with dev and product team, learned dynamic pricing models. This data was utilised to nudge the sellers on their pricing.
• Responsible for launch and execution of a new program- Pricing System Accuracy and also owned all Stakeholder communications for the same.
• Created a query to crawl the prices of competitor’s website with the help of tech team contributing to savings of FTE hours. The effort was appreciated by the Tech counterparts for its efficiency

Key achievements include the opportunity to facilitate one of the largest tax learning program within two months of joining.

• Partnered with the multiple teams to use best-in-class core talent development processes for communications, classroom delivery, metrics, reporting, and solution support.
• Worked closely with Development COE lead in planning, development, implementation and evaluation of programs.
