• Send shipping instruction and verify gross mass to carrier through CW1 system.
• If Carrier is not linked to the CW1 system, then we send it through email or website.
• · Send Import security filing for USA and do manifest filing for USA, CANADA & JAPAN
• Upload the document given by station user in CW1 application
• Co-ordinate with station for the queries
• Backup of Team leader - Handling Email, Queue Allocation, Sharing Best practices
• Giving on-the-job training to the new members.
