  • Acts as Process Owner for ServiceNow IRM (dbGRC) and ORM business-owned application, managing build-out, functionality enhancements, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Affiliate with implementation teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, serving as a gatekeeper for requirements and solution design.
  • Managing the requirements pipeline from stakeholders pre- and post-go-live and providing support to draft Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) including sprint planning, user stories, acceptance criteria, test cases for UAT and providing support throughout the build and testing.
  • Predominantly Leads User Acceptance Testing (UAT): By defining the test strategies i.e processes and dependencies, developing the test scripts/acceptance criteria/user guidance/smoke testing packs and, executing the interface testing, tracking the risks, and coordinating status updates.
  • Engaging with 1st LOD SMEs to analyze business processes, document future-state models, and develop and maintain functional documentation (user manuals, training videos).
  • Investigating the issues, collaboration with engineers to resolve the defects, and ensuring to execute the Incident reporting & root cause analysis
  • Support audit and regulatory reviews, ensure comprehensive documentation readiness and timely escalations.
  • Effective Coordinate with international teams virtually, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across business, technology, and control functions.
