• Purchase Invoice posting in SAP, TDS entry and preparing data and online challans making sent to consultant for filing the TDS return, GST entry, report fetching submit to consultant on monthly bases on due time. Making all online payments TDS/Custom Duty independently.
• Maintaining Salary register, TDS Register, and outstanding reports for receivable and payable in excel, monthly salary sheet and issuing salary, completing the compliance such has PF, PT, ESIC challan as per the consultant.
• Receipt & Payment entry preparing cheques and RTGS, Advance payments raised in SAP, all expenses entry and proper filing.
• Clearing BRS entries, prepare auditors requirements like creditors ageing advance listing, GST E-invoice data, TDS working, Monthly provision sheet.
• Clearing GRIR account, follow-up for PO with purchase team.
• Maintain petty cash entries in SAP, follow-up and close the IOU.
• GSTR 1 data processing, e-invoicing from the GST portal.
• Documented cash, credit, fixed assets, accrued expenses, and line of credit transactions.

• JOB HANDLING: TALLY ERP PRIME
• Preparing Export / Import Documentation , Local Sale Invoicing and einvoice online, Consignment In and Out documents to bankers and invoicing for the same , co -ordinating with the custom and handling its day to day transaction pertaining to Export/ Import, dealing with custom agents such has bvc, brinks, malca, logistic etc, related to export and import bills, passing all necessary bill entries in the books of account on day to day independently.
• Cross check with data and file TDS challans online, finalizing books of accounts with auditors and CA, looking for salary and MIS data preparation.
• Online RTGS, NEFT and vendor payments, follow up for payments with debtors.

• JOB HANDLING: PROGRAM LEMON TECHNOLOGY - ORACLE BASE
• Preparing Export / Import Documentation , Invoicing, Consignment In and Out documents to bankers and invoicing for the same , co -ordinating with the custom and handling its day to day transaction pertaining to Export/ Import, dealing with custom agents such has bvc, brinks, malca, logistic etc, related to export and import bills, passing all necessary bill entries in the books of account on day to day independently.
