• Worked for customer Validation team for Microsoft account for features like DDoS, PFC,ROCE,QOS. Work includes partnering directly with client Enterprise Architects and SRE teams to capture deployment requirements and automate it for datacenter and WAN setups containing Cisco IOX routers. Have used AI tools for development.

• Lead testing of edge software datacenter (SDDC) networking features like uplink segmentation, multi-vrf, VXLAN, EVPN, NSX A/A, VCG redundancy, Velo-cluster BGP, also involving API testing and python automation.
• Got "At your best" award for quick bringup of high scale multi-tier microsegmentation multi-vrf , NSX cluster setup using automation and manual config for Proof of concept and development testing.
• Exposed to SaaS, orchestration, storage config, Vmware NSX deployment and config
• Implemented and automated multi-cloud management and security features in IT environment (cloud onboarding, security config and key rotations – resulting in easier and uniform onboarding and quick deletion of errored accounts, saving money by detecting unwanted or unused expensive cloud accounts remaining idle
• Configured alerts on various levels for multi-cloud log analysis using Wazuh using MITRE framework, resulting in 50% faster and more insights during breaches and also researched and integrated OpenSearch AI for potential breach predictions

• Worked on testing, automation and interoperability testing of variety of networking and security features like NAT, MPLS, L3VPN, CGNAT, OSPF, IS-IS, BGP, IPv6, failover, clustering etc on cisco ASA firewall.
• Worked on access-list hardening features to reduce customer bug count resulting in customer-bug reduction -60%, performance improvement - 30% and usability improvement - 20%
