2 New Children's Hospital(2019~2021), Dublin Ireland.

The project covers the construction of the 224 beds children's hospital in the area of 1776045.22 sq ft in Dublin, Ireland. Client for this project was Jones Engineering Group.Scope was defined as 3D model, shop drawings, BWC, Coordination, Hangers, Equipment and materials, module sheet.

TCHC Retrofit is a residential Apartment building of 14 floors, it was a renovation project . Scope of work is to develop LOD300 model of Retrofit phase with reference to existing phase.

6 ECC Hospital, Singapore.

This Hospital project is considered as the iconic project in Pinnacle, it is the first Singapore hospital project. Project Area is 2,161,931.00 sq ft. with 27 levels including 4 basements. It’s a orthopedic plus dental hospital building. Our scope of work is 3D Modeling,Shop drawing,COBie/Facility Management,As-built upgradation. This project is divided in several packages i.e. WSO(Wall setting out), Room book creation, Block wall elevation and RCP.
