● Working on ERP Software. Provide complete support to customers from post-sales to possession. Ensure high level of customer service, communication and build a trustworthy relationship with the customers.
● Following standard SOP's on new bookings i.e Doing welcome call, Booking Confirmation, Welcome Emails, Booking Entries in ERP. Provide Allotment Letters & Payment Receipts to the customer.
● Resolving customer queries via emails, calls; Letters within TAT. Be the single point of contact (SPOC) for all post-sales communication with the customers.
● Collection of SDR, Execution of AFS, Cancellation Deed & Other documents.
● Send Pre intimation and ensure dispatch of demand letters for installment / payment dues on a timely basis through emails and post to customers and follow for payment and make sure the collection targets are met. Once payments are received, update the same in ERP. and issue timely payment receipts. Responsible for standard collections procedures i.e Sending Reminder Letters, Pre-Cancellation / Termination Letters and Cancellation Letters along with interest statement.
● Interdepartmental co-ordination for seamless process and hassle-free transaction for the customer.
● Updating clients about the project progress by sending newsletters.
● Maintaining MIS & reports like Collection, Debtors, Inventory, and other required report for the management. Forecasting future expected collections.
● Internal Coordination with Legal, Finance, Accounts, and other departments for project related information.
● Coordinating with Banks / NBFC's for APF approvals, Timely demand disbursements, TPA / MOU executions. Providing Clients and Bank / NBFC's with requisite documents like ROC / NOC in Lieu of Loan Disbursement.
● Generating revenue through referral sales, loyalty callings from existing customers.
