Project Summary: PayPal is a global leader in digital payments, facilitating secure and seamless transactions worldwide. As part of the marketing technology transformation initiative, we led the migration from Picasso to Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), enabling advanced audience targeting, personalized customer journeys, and improved campaign efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborated with stakeholders to gather campaign requirements, analyze business needs, and provide development estimates for digital marketing workflows.
  • Developed and customized schemas in Adobe Experience Platform using XDM standards, including classes, field groups, and fields based on client requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with Identities, Namespaces, streaming and batch audiences to support real-time and scheduled campaign strategies.
  • Built complex audience logic using audience build rules; designed and executed audience segmentation strategies.
