- Information Technology, Healthcare, Finance, Oil and Gas, Energy, Manufacturing, Defense, Pharmaceuticals, Life Science, and Engineering.
ATS/ Databases/ Tools:
- Experience using various job portals - Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, Seek, Jobserve, iHire, Techfetch, Ziprecruiter, Naukari and passive tools like LinkedIn, Indeed and social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Github, X-ray and Google searches), Generative AI tools - ChatGPT, Google Bard
- Proficient in using all major ATS platforms, including Bullhorn, Salesforce, Avature, JazzHR, Avionte, Workable, Zoho and CATS to source, screen and recruit top talent for a variety of positions.
Client/Stakeholder Management:
- Manage VMS/MSP business for staffing, RPO, and corporate clients.
- Manage delivery for different services like Sourcing, Recruiting, Lead Generation, Data Scrubbing and Database building projects
- Develop and manage the end-to-end recruitment process and strategies, providing support to deliver great candidate's pool
- Suggesting process improvement initiatives to streamline recruiting and hiring process
- Develop client business processes and upselling other services to existing accounts
- Weekly and Monthly Reviews with the clients to highlights key performance metrics and areas for improvement.
Team Management:
- Responsible for managing Team Leads, Sourcers, and Recruiters.
- Analyze and work on improving - Placement/Hire Ratios, and Performance Reports
- Responsible for internal hiring, training, developing and retaining Sourcers, Recruiters, and TLs
- Collaborate with TLs and Delivery managers to develop and implement improvement plans for clients
- Conduct monthly review calls with team members to discuss their performance statistics, strengths, and career goals
- Maintain a performance metrics dashboard
- Mentor Academy trainees/junior team members and exploring new sourcing and recruiting tools
- Working with the sourcers and recruiters on niche positions to find the right talent for our clients.
