Instructed primary-level students in English, Math, Moral Science, and Social Studies. Also facilitated upper primary level students in Social Studies.

Through the EPLI project, I identified vulnerable students in government schools, and facilitated educational sessions for students and parents. I designed custom teaching materials and exam sheets, while actively conducting baseline and endline assessments to evaluate learning outcomes, and ensure the intervention's effectiveness.

Child protection case management includes identification and referral,
assessment, case planning, implementation, follow-up, and closure.

As a Child Protection Worker, I collaborate with local government and Panchayat Raj Institutions (PRIs) to strengthen Child Protection Committees (CPCs), and reinforce community safety nets. I lead stakeholder sensitization, facilitate community engagement, and manage child clubs, providing life skills training for vulnerable adolescents. Additionally, I perform comprehensive case management to uphold and implement children's rights across all assigned regions.
