performing teams to thrive in dynamic environments.
 Collaborate across diverse roles—data scientists, analysts, engineers, QA,
product owners—to deliver as “One Team.”
 Coach teams on Agile best practices, assess Agile maturity, and implement
tailored improvements to ways of working.
 Partner with business leaders to remove delivery bottlenecks, improve
predictability, and align execution with OKRs and KPIs.

 Drive adoption of Schneider’s product operating model, ensuring alignment
with build-and-maintain principles and continuous value delivery.

• Manage Multiple scrum Teams
• Facilitate scrum team ceremonies, including the daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, grooming and retrospectives
