Responsible for 4988 number of USV (Urban Street Vendors) & 03 number of SUH (Shelter for Urban Homeless) targets with regard to community mobilization, 1600 numbers of SHGs, 20 numbers of Federations, Revolving Fund, vendor development plan, vendor market development and organize appropriate connections with pertinent agencies, and other line departments to coordinate the implementation of other flagship programmes of the Odisha Government
In Collaboration with Urban Local Bodies, technical groups, I worked with the District Line Department, ULB representatives, NGO, and other stakeholders to develop an overall action plan in 180 slums and I also led the implementation of basic services like water, sanitation, and waste management, land tenure and affordable housing for the urban poor
Lead the team working on the Department of Biology's Socioeconomic Empowerment of Tribal Farming Communities initiative in one of the Odisha's aspirational districts. The foundation of this initiative was the complementing strengths of Kiss University, Regional Medical Research Centre (RMRC), and Institute of Life Science (ILS) working together. Created a network, coordinated with several line departments, oversaw the project, recorded best practices for others to follow, and was primarily in charge of monitoring.
Responsible for the progress of research on women health and analysis of Gender Violence cases of One Stop Centre, Capacity Building of Doctors and para medical officers, follow up on implementation of Standard Operating Procedure for coordinated response to address Gender Based violence in Odisha
Worked on SBM and NULM convergence on SHG entrepreneurship Models, First CIG (Common interest Group of Manual Scavenger) formed at Dhenkanal Municipality and handed over Community toilet as part of Operation and Management.Worked on vendor management (Contract Agreement, MoU and financial models including modus of operandi).Explored SHG Involvement in Sanitation business e.g FSSM, SBM.
Worked for Tata Trusts PMU on various initiatives such as integrated model of development that includes the programmatic area health, water and sanitation, livelihoods on rural housing in the selective cluster of South Odisha through village development plan.Integration of wash and Livelihood NGO partner management, mostly responsible for the desk and field monitoring of the livelihood projects to track the progress.Similarly, documenting best practices intervention, network and liaise with the government departments/welfare schemes and mobilization of additional resources for program outreach and quality improvement
