I would primarily be responsible for building strengths for Asian Paints in the defined geography through the creation, nurturing, and management of a dealer network. This would be achieved by focusing on products, services, and stakeholders, including contractors and end consumers.
The overall business objectives would be achieved in the covered towns: Shankarpally, Nawabpet, Mehtabhkhanguda, Fathepur, Mokhila, Dhuntanpally, Khanapur, Kollur, Aziz Nagar, Himayath Nagar, Chilkur, Moinabad, Chevella, Kardanur, Kammeta, Bhanoor.
With a set of 60 dealers and with a market capital of 25 crores.
AREAS OF OPERATION INCLUDE.
1. Dealer management:
Assisting dealers in achieving overall sales targets through regular discussion and training support, such as in-shop selling, shop meets, etc.
• Solving dealer queries and issues and providing all relevant information to dealer network such as schemes, influencer activity, dealer accounts, etc . Ensuring the availability of materials, services, and promotional tools to the dealer through coordination with other stakeholders.
2. MARKET DEVELOPMENT AND INTELLIGENCE:
Exploring and opening new dealer counters to expand the overall sustainable sale potential in the territorial market.
Being informed of and analyzing the initiatives and schemes run by our competitors for various stakeholders like dealers, contractors, etc.
3. Service delivery:
Ensuring overall customer satisfaction through interaction with consumers to understand gaps in service and resolve issues and complaints. If any, within benchmark timelines.
Ensuring market presence and making site visits as and when required.
4. CONTRACTOR MANAGEMENT:
Maintaining and updating the contractor database in each geography through proper documentation and statutory compliance.
Identifying training needs for the contractors and organizing their training.
5. REPORTING AND COORDINATION WITH VARIOUS STAKEHOLDERS:
Analyzing data and keeping track of key parameters to enhance effectiveness.
Generating reports, such as daily visit reports. Unit monitoring report, lost sites, and other relevant competition info.
Coordinating with other verticals of Asian Paints for lead sharing, any site-specific support, or any other issue.
