Over the last 10+ years in the development sector, I’ve worked with leading organizations such as Miracle Foundation India, Centre for Microfinance & Livelihood (TATA TRUSTS), International Development Enterprises India (IDEI), and Youth4Jobs Foundation, where I led impactful programs in child protection, WASH, livelihoods, skill development, and inclusive entrepreneurship across underserved communities in Jharkhand, Bihar, West Bengal, Assam, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Tripura, Odisha, and Northeast India.
