- Manage full-cycle technical recruiting for multiple, complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role
- Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand project requirements and skill needs.
- Facilitate negotiations between clients and consultants, including contract rates, project duration, and other terms.
- Ensure a smooth transition for consultants as they move from the bench to project engagements.
- Address any challenges or concerns raised by consultants, ensuring a positive experience throughout the placement process.
- Experience in the US timezone, ensuring efficient communication and results delivery.
