  • Responsibility: I have to work to ensure smooth running of plant by maintaining & selving problem associate with plant equipment.
  • Here I observe Static-equipment (tank, vessels, scrubbers.). rotating equipment (pumps., blender, cage mill. ). process piping etc. their working regularly. When on obnormality is observed it is to be diagnosed and corrective steps are to be taken.
  • I am responsible for the maintenance of Piping system, Valves, pumps, structures. Equipments etc.
  • Accomplishment: We Implement knowledge and idea together in work for reduce maintenance cost, manpower and labour work. It also help us for saving Resources, energy and time which is need of this ero.
  • Reduced downtime through efficient troubleshooting and root cause analysis of equipment failures.
  • Reviewed technical documentation to complete equipment maintenance and repair.
