Key Job Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent in line with business needs.
  • Lead a team of recruiters to manage full-cycle recruiting processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs, business forecasting and develop job descriptions.
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience, pre-joining connects and effective employer branding initiatives.
  • Manage recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, and recruitment costs.
  • Worked in International Oil & Gas Executive Search (handled clients from UAE, Oman, Malaysia, Nigeria, USA, UK) performing the major responsibilities- Overseas recruitment (used international job search portal), VISA & flight tickets.

2. HR Operations:

  • Presiding Office of POSH
  • Developed, planned, and executed HRIS while providing comprehensive training to the employees
  • Successfully implemented Oracle, KEKA, Zoho HRMS. Have given training to 1200 employees for HRIS, Leave & Attendance module, Payroll.
  • Automate the on-going manual process into HRIS, Data Analysis.
  • Conducted internal and external audits for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OSHAS 18001, and FIDI-FAIM Certification, ensuring adherence to quality, environmental, and occupational health & safety management standards.
  • HR Audit- KPMG, Axis, Deloitte
  • Oversee the entire HR operations, including employee records, payroll processing (compliance- PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Leave encashment, Maternity/ Sabbatical Leave) benefits administration.
  • Implement & amend HR policies and procedures that align with legal standards and organizational goals, employee handbook, HR dashboards, and HR metrics while publishing employee newsletters, resulting in improved employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Monitor and improve HR systems, ensuring that all employee data is accurately maintained and easily accessible.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Employee OKR, KRA, Growth path (improvement areas), monthly scoring & initiate PDP/PIP
  • Employee awards, rewards & recognition, bonus criteria, promotion criteria
  • Employee pulse survey, satisfaction survey & analysis, Skip level and action plan.

  • Employee engagement- RnR, Skip level, surveys, cross-departmental HR connect, Sports Day, Team-building activities, etc.
  • Thorough analysis of the BGV and take action on negative cases.

3. Administrative Services:

  • Supervise the administration team to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
  • Manage office services, petty cash, including facility management, travel coordination, and vendor management.
  • Oversee budget allocations for administrative functions and ensure cost-efficiency.
  • Develop protocols for office safety, space management, and event coordination.

4. Resource Allocation:

  • Work closely with project managers and department heads to align workforce planning with project demands.
  • Monitor employee utilization across various projects to optimize resource allocation.
  • Ensure the right talent is deployed to the right projects based on skills, availability, and project requirements.
  • Provide insights into capacity planning and assist in forecasting future staffing needs.

5. Leadership & Strategy:
