- Maintenance of Basic oxygen furnace and oxygen lance system. make (SMS DEMAG) 110 ton.
- Involved in resleeving time periodic lance body replacement activities.
- Responsible for keizen activities such as pneumatic test bench for solenoid valves testing, lance dome plate modification, lance maintenance platform modified with hyd. Cylinder, installed safety valve after prv, converter heat shield plate modification etc.
- During S/D replace the lance carriage with proper lubrication tubing and limit switch.
- Successfully replaced the converter vessel guide's parts sach as spherical sheet,spherical disc, wedge, front and top lock plate with proper alignment.
- Carried out lance trolley all equipments PM activities like hoist rope replacement, rope drum replacement jobs.
- Attending breakdown activities like lance pneumatic lifting, Converter heat shield plate crack portion welding, converter tilt drive EHT brake adjustment ,lance body leakage arresting jobs.

- Responsible for TPM activities for both converter & lance system.
- Implemented safety protocols during construction and installation processes.
- Providing proper lubrication points and nomenclature it as per design.
- Ensuring six directional hazards along with provided positional training to all vendors workers before starting the jobs.
- Providing root cause failure analysis for equipment failures and formulate applicable solutions.
- Conducted routine inspections on machinery and equipment for maintenance needs.
- Responsible for converter heat shield and both primary and sec. gear box along with its lubrication process.
- Assisted in the development of engineering designs and specifications.
- Collaborated with teams to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
- Providing proper lubrication points and nomenclature it as per design.
