Maintaining the pendency, attendance, Technical support, ICT Reports of all the centers with the help of MIS team members. Speaking to all the Tasildhar, Assistant Commissioners and Deputy Commissioners of Karnataka State Government for the smooth flow of services.

  • From this 814 Nemmadi Kendra’s throughout the Karnataka we have provided the services for the rural citizens.
  • RDS (Rural Digitization Service) Nemmadi : Rural Digital Services (RDS) involves delivery of services of Revenue department from the Taluka to the citizen. These services include delivery of various types of Caste and Income Certificates, Registration and delivery of Birth and Death, application for Social Security Schemes like Old Age Pension, Widow Pension etc. The mission of the Nemmadi project is to deliver efficient Government services at the Citizen’s doorstep.
  • We have set up a network of 800 telecenters at village-hobli level and set up 203 back offices at taluka level.
  • These telecenters would deliver range of G2C and B2C services at the citizen’s doorsteps.
  • RTC (Right Tenancy Certificate): Bhoomi (meaning land) is the project of on-line delivery and management of land records in Karnataka. It provides transparency in land records management with better citizen services and takes discretion away from civil servants at operating levels.
  • Under this project 200 lakh land records of 70 lakh farmers living in 30000 villages of Karnataka have been computerized. The Bhoomi data from the Taluka is replicated at the SDC on a daily basis.
  • The telecentre accesses the Bhoomi records from the SDC. The rural citizen will approach the telecentre for copy of his RTC. The village telecentre accesses the RTC database stored in the SDC through the RTC on web’ application, downloads, and prints the RTC for the villager.
  • The other Bhoomi service that is delivered from this village telecentre is mutation extract.
  • Crop Updation : Include the season-wise and cultivator wise crop details. In the Bhoomi system, crop details are to be prepared by the Village Accountants, each village accountant visits the field and captures the cultivator-wise crop details in the field and we have to do feed / update the data into the systems at the taluka center for all the three seasons. From taluka centers data will upload to State Data Centre (SDC) will update on the RTC land records document.
  • The same flows to the Bhoomi system. This way the crop data (Land type, owner, Crop, etc) is made available immediately to the farmers.
  • Mojini Dept of Survey Settlement and Land Records: Mojini Service is while selling inheritance properties or part selling. The mojini scheme came into use in 2004 and requires compulsory permutation sketch to be prepared: before registrations of any land transfers or sale. The owner of the property needs to submit the application for 11E-Sketch in the Mojini Counter in SSLR dept of Tahsildar office. The survey is done by 3200 licensed surveyors across Karnataka in presence of both seller and buyer and the 11 E sketch is given within 8-10 days.
  • OTC- Pilot Project for Mangalore Dist: Here we have effectively used the data with Photography and Bio-metric collected for FCS Dept to integrate with services rendered by Revenue Dept under Nemmadi project. This integration we call it as “Over-The-Counter service” for this we have developed the own Software application, managed the interlinking of habitation code, Bin-com details, Income, Caste & Sub-caste for each records.
  • Then the entire data was digitally signed from Tahsildar and uploaded to State Data Centre (SDC) by NIC.
  • The process of integration has been successfully completed for 13 Lakhs citizens of Dakshina Kannada Dist.
