  • These automated messages are called as Auto Support (ASUP)
  • The mails sent would include attachment containing information about the various attributes of the device, its health and performance details
  • The ASUP Data Platform Analytics Team receives the huge volume of Auto Support files and processes the information on the Hadoop cluster and provides the insights gained to the different users in the company
  • We have ETL which will then process the data and stores the data in DSS (oracle database) which are used by customers/users to fetch the auto support data
  • The applications are scheduled through Pentaho scheduler
