Co-Founder of Lila Agrotech in 2001, and Lila Agrotech Private Limited in 2011. 'LILA AGROTECH', a versatile agri-biotech organisation supported by a group of technocrats, started its venture in organic input production in the year 2003. It has developed a new process technology of vermi composting, keeping environmental and economical aspects, as well as automation, by intensive research and development since 2001.

Lila Agrotech has a strong R&D team comprising senior Agricultural Scientists, Doctorates, Microbiologists, and Soil Chemists, as well as a fully equipped laboratory to conduct microbiological, chemical, and physical analyses. Since its inception, it has been supported by various technological aids from educational institutions such as IIT Kharagpur, BCKV Mohanpur, and Visva Bharati Viswa Vidyalaya, Santiniketan.

In order to make the environment sustainable and free from pollution, Lila Agrotech Private Limited is also involved in solid waste recycling through biodegradation and other biotechnological processes into useful organic manure, like vermi compost.
