- To reduce the design scrap qty we used design scrap for making new metal component by developed new Hard Tools
- Which is lead to reducing the monthly design scrap qty up to 4 tons
- Reduction in puff leakage in outer body after foaming up to 91% in 2 months project.
- Created engineering documentation for manufacturing processes, equipment specifications and change notices.
