• Developed automation scripts for i18n / localization validation, improving coverage across multiple language builds.
• Built a custom automation framework using Page Object Model principles to enable scalable test suite creation.
• Created automation utilities for online demo monitoring, ensuring early detection of failures in customer-facing demo environments.
• Actively learning and designing CI integration using Jenkins, with plans to automate build installation, test execution, and result notifications for new releases.

Internal Tools & Productivity Improvements

• Built Python-based backend services using FastAPI and Django to support release and QA workflows, including custom middleware, schedulers, and background tasks.
• Implemented LDAP-based authentication for internal tools by integrating with the company's Active Directory.
• Developed React.js-based internal dashboards and utilities used by QA and release teams during critical workflows.
