• Our team majorly focuses on supporting applications so that they are up and running 24*7.
• Requests and problems in form of incidents raised by users on serviceNow.
• We also participate in deployment of various applications for which Change requests are raised.
• I have worked on 40 + incidents concerning multiple applications from their inception till they are resolved .
• I have also participated in deployment.

● It can have two users - customer and retailer.
● It allows retailers to add ,remove and modify details of existing products.
● It enables users/customers to view products and their details, buy them and also has payment gateway.

• It is straight forward dynamic website having functionality of
  money transfer between multiple users.
• Tech Stacks used are MySql, PHP, CSS, HTML.

We were a group of 5 and each one of us had one subtopic to research on. I did some research and taking reference from few resources I contributed to the below topic :-
● AI for computer assisted instruction

• Drafted overall mechanism of this software.
• It included Problem Statement, SRS, DFD, ER diagram and pictorial representation of screens.
