• SAP R/3 Security (ERP 6.0), HANA Security, and GRC 12.0 (Access control including ARM and EAM).
• User administration involving the creation, deletion, locking, and modification of users.
• Role creation using PFCG, maintenance, and transport including mass transport through ChaRM.
• Conducted user access provisioning and de-provisioning in SAP systems.
• Working with AGR*, USR*, USH* security tables and reports, like RSUSR and other security reports.

• Using GRC for user creation, role assignment, creation and assignment of FF IDs (creating owners, controllers, and assigning a firefighter ID), and extracting firefighter logs.
• Implemented single sign-on authentication solutions for SAP systems.
• Actively performed cleanup activities, which involved the detection and removal of temporary roles which are no longer required, deletion of expired user IDs, OSS IDs, etc.
• Configured and maintained SAP GRC Access Control, Process Control, Risk Management, Audit Management modules.
