• Leading Supplier Quality and Manufacturing Quality Team.
• Planning and conducting periodic supplier process assessment audits to maintain supplier quality performance.
• Preparation of the monthly MIS of quality.
• INERCO activity – Lead INTERCO activity.
• Technical review of new drawings, preparation of QAP, validation of PPAP.
• Conducting periodic training on CAPA, 8D, 7QC tools, etc.
• (Suppliers, In-house team, Assembly team)
• Periodic process audits of special processes (painting, plating, etc.).
• Responsible for the SAP QM activities.

• Handling all components validation (approval) activities (cylinder, piston, elbow, casting housing, etc.).
• NC management – daily defect monitoring and root cause analysis.
• Active participation in kaizen, poka-yoke, and 5S.
• Responsible for all inward part quality activities, including trail order part document review, preparation of QAP, first lot inspection, etc.

Responsibility:

• Assessing the quality of vendors, dimensional inspection, documenting, and verifying import items.
• Observing supplier quality by assessment, job development process, preventive action plan, inspection method, and instrument calibration, etc.
• Responsible for the quality of all types of incoming machining and purchase components: crankshafts, crankcases, connecting rods, pistons, gears, pinions, clutch shafts, cylinder blocks, etc. Coming from a vendor.
• Review and verification of the Quality Assurance plan, analyzing in-process nonconformities, customer complaints, and feedback, and initiating necessary corrective action.
• Take corrective and preventive action for any nonconformance.
• Knowledge of problem-solving tools.
• Hands-on experience of gearbox testing.
• Handling third parties like ABS, IRS, VQAW, RITES, CLW, DLW, CGL, etc.

• Sample inspection of the crankshaft.
• Hands-on experience with CNC grinding machines and conventional grinding machines.
• First piece inspection and approval with necessary records.
