As a Show Coordinator, I will be responsible for overseeing the entire show production process, from bidding and scheduling to execution and client communication. This includes managing the workflows for the following departments: Matchmove, Rotomation, Roto, Paint, and Compositing.

Key responsibilities include:

• Scheduling & Coordination: Overseeing the schedules of 100+ artists with the assistance of a PA and PC to ensure deadlines are met and resources are efficiently allocated.
• Team Communication: Conducting daily catch-up meetings with team members to check on show progress and address any issues.
• Show Reports: Maintaining and updating detailed show reports to track the status of all tasks, identify potential delays, and ensure smooth workflow.
• Weekly Show Discussions: Facilitating weekly show discussions with department heads (DFX Supervisor, VFX Supervisor, Leads, and Artists) to address challenges and provide guidance on production goals.
• Client Communication: Managing all communication with clients to ensure expectations are met, feedback is addressed, and show progress is communicated clearly.

By effectively managing these responsibilities, I ensure that the show runs smoothly, deadlines are met, and the production process is aligned with both the creative and business goals.

• Managing Pre-production Department works for the Secrecies Gattu Battu, Rudra, Super Bheem, Kung Fu Dhamaka & The Netflix Originals (Mighty Little Bheem Episodes) etc
• Managing Animation Department works for Taarak Mehta kka Chota Chashma Secrese Series
• In Green Gold Animation India, used to manage entire Asset Department includes Modeling, Texturing, Rigging & Animation
• Taking care of the crew and sure that the assigned work is ready in all aspects and checking that the necessary materials, equipments and references are available
• I used to keep a track of all the works which was done by artist on daily basis & also used to maintain a good communication with the clients
• Taking notes in production meetings
• Communicating with other departments regarding department needs
• Worked as a secondary contact person for any queries by the clients when the Production Manager are unavailable
• I used to maintain a proper schedule on priority basis And also, I used to take care of daily Master uploads
• Earned repeated praise from management and clients for anticipating needs of executives, prioritizing tasks and ensuring successful execution of all productions
