Led the regional design team for a diverse portfolio of projects, including:

• High-rise and luxury residential developments (30-acre town planning scale).
• Large-scale plotted developments (ranging from 70 to 120 acres).

• Special projects such as Senior Living Communities and a state-of-the-art auditorium.

Directed the entire design process from ideation through schematic design, including initial liaison and regulatory coordination.

Oversaw design development through to customer handover, ensuring seamless collaboration with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Facility Management (FM) teams.

Responsible for the appointment and management of consultants and vendors, ensuring alignment with design intent, timelines, and quality standards.

Actively contributed to the creation of ideation drawings and early-stage conceptualization for new projects.

• Mixed-use development on 7-acre land i.e. Residential and Retail along with SRA scheme at Ghatkopar constructing
  approx. 12.00 lac SFT as sale component.
• Mixed-use development on 12-acre land i.e. Residential, Commercial and Retail along with SRA scheme at Andheri
  constructing approx. 16 lac SFT as sale component.

• Led a team of designers and draftsmen for a large-scale, mixed-use development project.
• Developed ideation drawings, and prepared initial design concepts for new phases.
• Managed the appointment of consultants and vendors, and coordinated design development from concept to schematic level, including initial liaison work with authorities.
• Oversaw design development through to customer handover, in collaboration with CRM and Facility Management teams.
• Handled interior design and execution of key common areas including entrance lobbies, clubhouses, landscape zones, and finish selection.
• Mixed-use development on 6.8 acres as Phase 2: residential and retail scheme constructing approximately. 35.0 lac SFT. It consists of 50-story, 6-tower buildings.
  Earlier phases were developed on 8 acres, with 8 towers. Total construction area: 20.0 lac SFT.

• Mixed-use development on a 32-acre land parcel at Cuffe Parade, comprising Residential, Commercial, and Retail components along with an SRA scheme, with an approximate saleable area of 15.00 lakh sq. ft.
• Residential high-rise towers developed at Mohali and Gurgaon.

• Led a team of designers and draftsmen, working on sale and rehabilitation components, including the preparation of feasibility reports and drawings for new projects.
• Involved in the design process from concept to schematic level, along with initial liaison work with relevant authorities.
• For sale towers, managed design development up to customer handover in coordination with the CRM and FM teams.
• Handled interior design and execution for entrance lobbies, clubhouses, landscape areas, and finishes.

  Approx. 16 lakh sq. ft. of total construction area, with Commercial and Residential planning.
• Omkar Bandra (Mixed-Use Development):
  Approx. 21 lakh sq. ft. of total construction area, comprising Commercial, Residential, and Retail components.
• Omkar Veda (Residential):
  Approx. 5.86 lakh sq. ft. of construction area, featuring 4 podiums, 2 amenity levels, and a 27-storey tower.
• Omkar Meridia & Vive (Residential):
  Approx. 5.86 lakh sq. ft., including 3 basements, 2 amenity levels, and two 15-storey towers.
• Omkar Kenspeckle (Commercial):
  Approx. 14 lakh sq. ft. of construction area with 4 basements, 2 amenity levels, and two 15-storey towers.
• Omkar Dhobighat (Residential):
  Worked on initial schematic drawings and prepared approval drawings for submission.

• Worked on Sale and Rehabilitation components, overseeing the design from concept to GFC (Good for Construction) stage, along with liaison coordination.
• Led interior design and execution for sample flats, entrance lobbies, landscape areas, and associated finishes.

Key Projects:

• Master Plan – Samata Nagar, Kandivali (27 Acres): Developed the Master Plan for MHADA Samata Nagar, Kandivali, to accommodate various rehabilitation sectors such as LIG, MIG, and HIG, along with a sale component.
• Alpine Towers 1 & 2:
  Approx. 10 lakh sq. ft. Of the total construction area, comprising a common podium and two 60-storey towers.
• Kandivali Rehab Towers: Seven individual towers, each 30 stories high, with a combined two-level podium.
  Total construction area: Approx. 20 lakh sq. ft.
  Total units: 1,800 apartments.

• Prepared ideation drawings for new projects.
• Involved in the design process from concept to GFC (Good for Construction) stage, along with liaison coordination.

Key Projects:

• Indiabulls SKY: A high-rise standalone tower housing 96 luxury apartments, featuring double-height terraces, and multi-level amenities.
• Indiabulls Blue, Worli: A mixed-use development comprising commercial and residential components.

Lodha Bellissimo, Mahalaxmi (Residential): Total construction area of approximately. 19.0 lakh sq. ft., featuring four podiums and three 48-story towers housing high-end residential apartments.

Lodha Excellus, Mahalaxmi (Commercial): Total construction area of approximately. 9 lakh sq. ft., comprising 19 floors, including 13 office levels, 1 level for the Business Center and Gym, a drop-off level, and 4 parking levels.

Lodha Aqua, Dahisar (Residential): Total construction area of approximately. 12 lakh sq. ft., with 2 podiums and thirteen 18-storey towers housing mid-range residential apartments.

Lodha iThink & Aurum, Kanjurmarg (Commercial & Residential):

• Commercial Area: Approx. 8 lakh sq. ft.
• Residential Area: Approx. 7 lakh sq. ft., comprising four podiums and 27-storey towers.
• Responsible for the sample flat and sales office design and execution for Lodha Aqua.

• Sample flat for Oberoi Splendor at JVLR
• Residential interior for Mr. Himesh Reshammiya.

• Resort projects at Karjat and Panchgani involved in concept design development.
• Developed concept designs for a school project.
• Executed interior design for both residential and commercial spaces.
• Handled design coordination and execution for Yes Bank branches and CPUs across various locations in India.
