• Description : Arch Insurance is a USA Based Insurance firm. As Lead of Enhancement Team I am responsible to make sure that any new enhancement to the existing functionality is delivered on time and also supporting the client operation team for any L3 Issues they face. We have to work in strict deadline as enhancements which we do are critical as they happen for the Live Business Units and are mostly critical to the customer.
• Role/Responsibilities : Team Lead

· Working closely with Client to understand their need and making enhancements to the Live BU Code to fulfill customer expectation.

· Ensuring that L2,L3 support is provided for all Live applications.

· Ensuring that Issue Analysis and Issue fix is done in SLA time frame

· Working on optimization techniques.

• Project : CSAA – EDH Operations
• Period : Dec-2018 – May-2023
• Description : EDH Operations is a 24*7 offshore support project. Project is having multiple SLA Based applications like Informatica, EMR, OLAP Cubes, SAS, and Power Bi which we are responsible to meet. Data is fed from several source systems through different processes like we have Policy Data from PAS Source system and Claims Data coming from CAS Data Centre. We have On premise data running using Informatica where ETL is done and data is loaded in fact and dimensions and then reporting is done on top of and analytical data is provided by OLAP Cubes. Some critical applications run on Cloud Stream sets where we process near real time data and load in to Snowflake DB and Power Bi reports are generated from that data which are used by CEO/CIO to see how many new polices, quotes are issued etc.

· Ensuring that L2,L3 support is provided for the above applications.

· Working closely with Client to understand their problems.

· Ensuring that Issue Analysis and Issue fix is done in SLA time frame.

· Resolving Incidents raised by customers and providing the permanent solution of the code fix.

· Working on data migration projects from legacy applications to cloud technology.

• Description : The concept of a Customer Master is to add value to our organization by increasing data integrity and providing a 360-degree view of your customers and the relationships between our customers. Data is fed from several source systems through a process which attempts to determine and combine those data records that are for the same person. And additionally, determine the best value from similar fields across different systems (i.e. the best Address etc.). Our project is responsible for publishing such golden view records and to support the application.CMNG – Customer Master Next Generation

Project : ICDM Validation and Control

Period : Dec-2008– Dec-2012

Description : The goal of the project is to apply Audit Balance and control checks on the data which is extracted from the ICDM data warehouse. The checks on the source code are applied through JCL and it is checked that throughout the process of extracting the data from source till it is loaded in the database there is no extra dropping of data other than the necessary conditions. Source involves COBOL programs and JCL’s which extract the data. Then after that the checks of audit balance and control are applied using JCL sort programs. After that the data is passed to the informatica which read the mainframes data through power exchange. Then the checks are applied on informatica side and the data is loaded into the Oracle database.

Role/Responsibilities : Mainframe Developer

· Data mapping for the various legacy data processing within ICDM and understanding the ICDM system processing.

· Analysis of the existing ICDM process and identifying the sources for which Audit Balance Control can be implemented.

· End to end analysis of ICDM source systems to understand the data flow and deciding different check points for Audit Balance Control checks.

· Interacting with various Application team and explaining them the requirement for Audit Balance and Control process.

· Development of Informatica and mainframe code for Audit, Balance and Control process.

· Generating test results.

· Managing the Audit, Balance and Control task from offshore.
