• Services to customer within given service lead time. Our work is to review change plans and schedules.
• Planning activities include scheduling the change request.
• Creating plans and updating customers on their orders.
• Scheduling weekly meetings and updating customers on the progress of their orders.
• Perform day to day management of change request process.
• Preparing & presenting reports to all stakeholders both internal & external.
• Conducting post implementation reviews to validate the results of change request and determining.
• Customer satisfaction with change request.
