• Primary responsibilities included facilitation and management of client's Oracle Retail integration and smooth functioning of day to day activities
• Facilitated agile ceremonies - DSU, Retrospective, Sprint Planning, Sprint Refinement etc.
• Assisted product owner with product backlog and plan dev activities for bug fixes for sprints
• Was also involved in techno-functional activities and helped team in debugging the issues and RCA in client's Oracle Retail applications
• Also traveled on-site twice, once to lead the project transition and then to provide L3 support in the peak holiday season

• Supported production live environment for 550 + Vodafone UK Stores in Oracle Batches, RMS, RPM, ReSA and SIM Applications to ensure smooth BAU
• The BAU activities include store rollout activities, SIM stock count scheduling and Authorization, Retail sales auditing, Stock Ledger, RTLOGS reconciliation, and Item and price maintenance
