Summary

I am leading in Monitoring & Governance in the GCPL CSR wing from last 5 years. I am a Dale Carnegie L&D professional with overall 13 years of experience in the training & development field. I have an expertise in executive and supervisory/management development, new-employee orientation, professional skills training, job skills training, customer-service training, sales-and- marketing training, and health-and- safety training. In addition to this, I have created customized training modules for many government and private clients and schools. Apart from this, I have developed psycho- metric tests in order to assess the aptitude of school students and suggest them career options. I have also developed psychometric tests in order to assess the difficulties of troubled children and provide them with necessary emotional and environmental support to cope with challenges.
