Project: GLCM SBO - RTP- Indonesia Outward payments via BiFast scheme (17th Sept 2021 – 5th Dec 2021)

Project Brief:- As part of the existing payment infrastructure modernization set out by the Bank of Indonesia, the development of a new Real-Time payments scheme "BI FAST is aimed at developing a more efficient national infrastructure to accommodate real-time fund transfers at the customer level, available 24x7x365.

Project: RTP Australia (NPP) Outward SCT with Beneficiary Account Phase 2(15th Dec 2021 – 20th March 2022)

Project Brief:- As a part of this project HSBCNet needs to allow corporate customer users to create Single Credit Transfer Outward (Priority Payments MT103) one should be able to select the radio button to create AU Real time payment into the MM priority payment screen using domestic AU group debit accounts.

Project: RTP- VN- Outward payments (15th Dec 2021 – 20th March 2022 )

Project Brief:- As a part of this project HSBCNet needs to allow corporate customer users to create Single Credit Transfer Outward (Priority Payments MT103) one should be able to navigate to the MM priority payment screen to process single outward payment for VN domestic accounts via real time payment scheme. Digital Connect sends the RTP payment indicator to ILA if user has uploaded file with RTP indicator.

Project: RTP Canada Interac - Outbound Payments -Instruction (28th Mar 2022 – 12th June 2022)

Project Brief:- INTERAC e-TransferⒸ is a real-time payment type that has been available in the Canadian market for 15 years. Currently, e-Transfer is only available within HBCA's WPB segment. This project will allow GLCM (CMB, GBM, and RBB) customers to have access to the service for both sending and receiving e-Transfer via HSBCnet and Connect Digital to close a competitive gap with other Canadian banks.

Project: Real-Time enhancement for Hong Kong(15th June 2022 – 17th Sept 2022 )

Project Brief:- HK RTP- HKID- New Alias Type - There is a Business requirement to add 4th proxy type in HK RTP i.e. HKID apart from the other 3 existing proxy types i.e. Mobile number, Email address and FPS ID. HK RTP-ACKS-FPS Control: Payment journey enhancement and notification- ACK5 is the 3rd MT999 which means that the funds have been successfully credited to the beneficiary having a non-revocable claim on the funds and the status is "Received by beneficiary" which stands for "Payment Complete" in Track Payments Timeline. Addition and Removal of participants banks from the RTP Participant List as requested by Business as per HKICL Circular.

Also Worked for Few Non-Disclosure projects like OMAN, Oakley, Maldives and Cambridge.

Project Brief:- On 2019, METLIFE thought of changing the VENDOR SCHEDULE MAINTENANCE online screen options for Online Changes & Batch Changes.

Project: Provider Foundation Redesign Phase 3.3(Area File Migration) Client: METLIFE (10th Jan 2020 – 26th Sep 2020)

Project Brief:- This project is all about data migration from VSAM file to DB2 table. On 2020, as part of PFR work stream 3.1.

Project: Provider Foundation Redesign Phase 3.7(RNC File Migration) Client: METLIFE (25th March 2020 – 26th Sep 2020)

Project Brief:- This project is all about data migration from VSAM file to DB2 table. On 2020, as part of PFR work stream 3.7- RNC file data will be migrated to Area and RNC DB2 tables from RNC VSAM file. So there keys values of RNC loaded to a new table and schedule details will be loaded to another table. After completion of migration status need to create some report which we will send to METLIFE. A few BAU Batch and Online components are introduced to support the enhancements. After the implementation of this project, control will read RNC DB2 tables, to get desired RNC data, instead of RNC VSAM file.

Project: HIPAA X12 WAVE 2

Client: METLIFE(1st Nov 2020 – 26th May 2021)

Project Brief:- This project is all about CORRECTION OF HIPAA VIOLATIONS FOR DENTAL PRODUCTS.As business wants some existing code to be changed with new validations so accordingly we made some code change in a specific module and also generated new report module too. As a part of UCS DENTAL working on claims are the main agenda, as HIPAA X12 is all about claims scenarios and 835 transaction file generation project so based on user stories we used different CAGC, CARC, RARC codes and validations. I basically worked on one specific user story which deals with Alternate Procedure Service Lines Charges, when alternate procedure service lines(1 to 1 or many to 1) are Declined , they must be represented in 835 transaction file and we must use CAGC,CARC,RARC codes associated with narratives and shorts comments attached to the alternate claims when applicable. This impacts only the 835 file data, does not impact claims processing or EOBs. Previously for each charge line it populates individual amounts now it will be calculated all together and CAGC code PR and CARC code 45 will show as a group and reason code variables.

Project: CDT21-CR011

Client: METLIFE (15th Dec 2020 – 20th June 2021)

Project Brief:- This project is all about addition of new 8 COVID PROCEDURE (related to COVID vaccination) to the UCSDental system. The new CDT codes will be added to the Claim Check Evaluation Logic, the 125 record within the PLAN MASTER will need to accommodate the addition of the 8 new COVID CDT-21 Codes. This includes adding the new procedure codes via Function 6 from the UCS Main Menu.

Project: HIPAA X12 WAVE 3

Client: METLIFE(5th July 2021 – 6th Nov 2021)

Project Brief:- This project is all about HIPAA 835 Reports Review & Adjustment, here the userstory I am working on is generating 2 reports which will be sent via mail to customers in CSV layout. The 2 reports will be holding the daily count of claims processed after the 835 HIPAA transaction and the daily processed count of claims for valid associated ERA Providers after the 835 HIPAA transaction.
