Worked in a 24x7 NOC environment for network managed services in handling wireless access points, routers, switches, and firewalls.

Worked in fortigate firewalls for blocking IOCs and adding policies as per customers' need.
Diagnosing and following up with internal infra teams for faster restoration of ILL, MPLS and management links if they go down.
Managing inventory of network devices of our customer up to date as a part of managed services.
