As a Senior Design Manager at Alsorg Interiors, I play a pivotal role in leading and coordinating end-to-end interior design projects, ensuring seamless execution from client briefing to project closure. My responsibilities include:

• Client Coordination & Quotation Development:
  Preparing detailed quotations based on client inputs, references, agreed terms, and selected materials, ensuring transparency and alignment with project expectations.
• Design Development:
  Creating and reviewing site layouts and mood boards; working closely with architects during site visits to understand and incorporate client requirements into practical, aesthetic design solutions.
• Project Costing & Procurement:
  Managing costing aligned with material specifications and project scope. Overseeing timely procurement of materials and coordinating with vendors to meet quality and timeline expectations.
• Production & Quality Control:
  Ensuring production progress and quality standards through regular follow-ups, adhering to project deadlines and client requirements.
• Logistics & Installation:
  Supervising dispatch, delivery, and on-site installation while maintaining quality and timelines. Conducting post-installation checks and gathering client feedback for continual improvement.
• Client Relationship & Business Growth:
  Upselling and cross-selling additional solutions in line with project needs prior to closure, ensuring customer satisfaction and business expansion.
• Design Leadership:
  Taking a leading role in concept development, design finalization, and reviewing all technical and aesthetic aspects of designs to ensure accuracy, functionality, and client approval.

• Leading & Managing Design team.
• Providing complete project file for manufacturing to production department.
• Providing technical support & designs to sales team.
• Providing installation instruction manual to installation team.
• Monitoring the product designing & Development Activities As decided in SOP.
• Explain designing fundamental, concepts, process & manufacturing steps to concerned deptt.
• Interacting with vendors for product functioning and improving quality by providing Design & technical support.
• Making of prototype sample for design validation.
• Maintain the project as per priority
• Coordination with other department for timely completion the work.

• Designing & Development and involvement in Production.
• Making new designs according customer requirement.
• New development of wardrobe, kitchen & Modular Furniture.
• Making Installation manual for wardrobe, kitchen & Modular Furniture.
• Site visiting for wardrobe, kitchen & Modular Furniture.
• Providing technical inputs to customers at site.
