& provide clear well documented description of problems that require technical fix.
Work on reproducing the issue for faster and correct resolution.
Performing research for the unresolved issues and updating the team members thru knowledge Sharing.
Using PowerShell Commands and PowerShell Scripts.
Following up with end users for unresolved issues and service Interruption issues and make sure that the issue is resolved for the end users.
Knowledge of Architecture features and limitations of Microsoft SharePoint.
Setting up different kinds of Sites (Team Site, Group Site, Site collection) & Sub-Sites.
Setting up different level of Permissions, Security Groups, External Sharing for the SharePoint
Site, SharePoint Document Libraries and SharePoint Lists.
Also working on eDiscovery hold policy, Office365 Compliance, Audit Logs, SharePoint Apps, Office Online, Public Sites.
Work on reproducing the issue for faster and correct resolution.
Manage meetings, including meeting policies, configurations, and conference bridges.
Manage voice, including calling policies and phone number inventory and assignment.
Manage messaging, including messaging policies.
Manage all org-wide settings, teams upgrade, and Teams client settings.
Management supported via PowerShell, team management in the Teams admin center.
Connecting with the internal Microsoft team to escalate the issue which needs the involvement of the Escalated engineers.
Using PowerShell Commands and PowerShell Scripts thru SharePoint Online Management Shell
Assigning Secondary Administrator for users and increasing the storage space of OneDrive using PowerShell command.
Deploying PowerShell script for bulk changes in OneDrive for all users.
Installing Next Generation Sync Client (NGSC) on the system for mapping OneDrive account on the computer to access files from the document library.
Troubleshooting sync issues in OneDrive from computer to web version and vice versa.
Sharing the files & folders in OneDrive within the organization and outside the organization
(External users) with appropriate permission levels.
Educating end users about the design limitations and the advantages of online Storage in
OneDrive and its effective usage in organization for sharing and editing.
Helping users to install and activate Office365 on the system using different methods (Click2
Run, Volume License, Office Deployment Tool)
