  • Strategic Planning: - Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives for facility management to support the company's objectives and enhance the value of our properties.
  • Operations Management:- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our properties, including maintenance, repairs, cleaning, security, and landscaping, to ensure a safe, functional, and attractive environment for occupants.
  • Vendor and Contractor Management: - Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of facility management services. Negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and resolve issues as needed.
  • Budget Planning and Management:-Develop and manage facility management budgets, forecasts, and expenses. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to optimize spending while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Compliance and Risk Management:-Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, codes, and standards related to facility management, health and safety, environmental sustainability, and building operations.
  • Tenant and Stakeholder Relations:- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, residents, owners, and other stakeholders regarding facility-related matters. Address inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Leadership and Development: - Lead and mentor a team of facility management professionals, including facility managers, technicians, administrative staff, and security personnel. Provide guidance, support, and training to enhance team performance and capabilities.
  • Emergency Preparedness and Response:- Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures to address incidents such as fires, floods, power outages, and other emergencies. Conduct regular drills and training sessions to ensure readiness and effectiveness.

  • Performed maintenance of team to ensure that the Centre is a first-class facility for customers. Attending local community, civic, and not-for-profit meetings on behalf of the mall group.
  • Handling the entire gamut of activities related to the Vision, Values and Strategy; ensure revenue Generation and enhance market share.
  • Work with the mall standards and provide the best services to clients. Safety and fire hazards work on a priority basis.
  • Handling the team of junior staffs and proper work to be done. Reporting to mall management team and client team head at site.
  • Provide the value-added services to customers and clients Making report on a daily basis and weekly basis and monthly reports
  • Ensure all compliance agreements in place with suppliers and with business partners. Check all facilities services on a daily basis.
